We think the clingfree DRYER BALL is great and we hope you will too. We’re committed your satisfaction and offer refunds or replacements on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at info@clingfree.com within 30 days after receiving your order. Please include the following information in your email: Name, Order Number, Phone Number, Mailing Address and a photo(s) of the product and packaging.

ORDER CANCELLATION: If you need to cancel your order within 1 hour after placing your order, please contact us at info@clingfree.com.

IN-STORE PURCHASE: If purchased from your local store (not from our website), please request a return or refund at the store where the product was purchased.

Please note that pilling on the ball is normal and will not affect the ball’s effectiveness. If necessary to clean the ball, place it in a mesh laundry bag and toss it in the washing machine (gentle cycle with wool-safe detergent). Remove the ball from the bag and toss it in the dryer (high heat).
